When building a family house in Soblahov, the client had a clear idea of his dream home. We present to you the realization in the village of Soblahov, which in 2001 won the Village of the Year award. The environment in which we implemented the wooden construction is quiet and surrounded by nature.
The building has an L-shaped floor plan, its characteristic feature is a protruding 2nd floor with a façade finish made of wood. The construction system consists of a column structure with a diffusion-open external cladding and the whole building is designed as a prefabricated building made of wood. The ceilings are made of wooden beams, with a larger span of trusses, covered with OSB boards with the necessary layers of floor or roof structures.
