Project team management. Elaboration of the construction part of the project documentation (PSP, RP), coordination of professions, HIP, preparation of production and assembly documentation of prefabricated buildings, development of construction solutions and price offers <\/p>\n\n

control of construction systems, procedures. Leading project teams, independence at work, experience in designing building structures and especially wooden structures, knowledge of building physics, knowledge of SEMA SW, Freedom (heat, area), Optimic is an advantage. Experience with the development of a DSP in the position of HIP <\/p>\n\n

full-time, self-employed<\/p>\n\n

Wage conditions (gross)<\/strong>
1,500 – 3,000 EUR\/month. Salary is basically by agreement. The salary depends on the type of employment relationship, on the fulfilment of qualification requirements, professional knowledge and work performance. In the case of employment, it consists of the basic salary specified herein, bonuses and bonuses. Its upper limit is not limited and is limited only by professional experience and work performance. In the case of a trade, individual ordered works are invoiced at the agreed price. The salary mentioned here relates to the employment relationship. <\/p>\n\n
