The design of the building has been developed over a long period of time, for the investor&#8217;s opinion and economic reasons. With the passage of years, three initial concepts of the solution were developed. After the approval of the financing of the construction, work began on the last binding project documentation. The building is half with a basement. The majority of the building is designed as a two-storey building in the above-ground part, only a relatively small part of the building is designed with three above-ground floors. Most of the solid materials are made of horizontally divided aluminum cladding of a ventilated perimeter cladding of gray-green color, combined with black granite cladding and a large-area aluminum perimeter cladding. <\/p>\n\n<p>The concept of the construction was based on the use of wooden glued structures. The admission of wooden beams in the interiors brought a special design effect and in this type of equipment a pleasant and unrepeatable environment was created. It also brought the intimacy of the microsectors and the more intimate character of the entire facility.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kontrakting.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/kontrakting.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-5-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"- Kontrakting\" class=\"wp-image-20526\" title=\"- Kontrakting\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kontrakting.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-5-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kontrakting.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-5-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/kontrakting.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/8-5.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>The interior is dominated by a vertical load-bearing reinforced concrete structure with illuminated columns, on which lies a horizontal structure of wooden beams, ceilings and walls. Some walls are lined with quarry limestone or plastered with noble smooth plasters. The floors are artificial stone and the pools are stainless. The proximity of the city center influenced the overall intention and character of the facility, which looks more intimate &#8211; like a modern city spa. The roof cladding is supported by wooden cross-laminated CLT hr. 100 mm. The material of the boards is GL24h. The underside of the boards is above the pools in visual quality and above the multi-purpose hall in industrial quality. CLT boards hr. 100 mm also form the supporting structure of the side perimeter cladding, including the load-bearing part of the attic. Both columns and crossbeams are of variable cross-section. The distance between the transverse ties is 2.775 m. The foot of the half-frames in the pool part was to be equipped with a box-shaped prosthesis made of stainless steel sheet. The designer insisted on using stainless steel sheet, but the investor decided to change it and the contractor used galvanized sheet metal. Longitudinal stability is ensured by CLT roof cladding and perimeter cladding plates. In the side wall of the multi-purpose hall, there is a leeward in the shape of Andrew&#8217;s cross made of DETAN rods with a circular JAKOB plate.
