is how we built &#8211; HOUSE BARN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Multi-purpose wooden building in Vr\u00fatky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The wooden building is located in the garden of the original building of an old house, which belonged to the descendants of the founders of Vr\u00fatky.<\/p>\n\n<p>The low-energy building made of CLT panels is installed on a concrete, technical floor, has a red spruce fa\u00e7ade and a titanium-zinc roof with solar collectors that provide autonomous heating.<\/p>\n\n<p>The recessionist design of the exterior is based on the archetype of the barn, with an of the roof cladding<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n<p>Simple architecture incorporated into the industrial surroundings is complemented by an expressively clean interior with an exposed structure. The layout is open, on the ground floor it allows direct contact with the garden from the lower &#8211; visiting living room. <\/p>\n\n<p>The private living room, connected to the kitchen and bedroom, is intentionally located on the first floor, from which there are more attractive views of the Mal\u00e1 Fatra mountains.<\/p>\n\n<p>The entire interior of the house will set a frame for views of the landscape.
