Management and coordination and control of construction projects from preparation, implementation to the end of the warranty period
Responsibility for meeting deadlines and budgets of implemented construction projects
Communication with investors, designers, construction managers and subcontractors
Preparation of documents for the economic department
Management of construction managers, quality control, compliance with OHS and internal guidelines
Preparation and control of project documentation
Control and evaluation of the activities of internal and external members of the project team
Solving problems and finding effective solutions
Support for the production director, his regular information on the fulfillment of tasks

Wage conditions (gross)
Salary by agreement from 2200 € + bonuses for successfully completed projects. The resulting starting salary depends on work experience and the fulfilment of qualification requirements. The upper limit of the final salary after proof of work experience, depending on the results achieved, may be multiples of the basic salary specified herein.
